    For the first time on residential buildings, we will implement tree planting in planters on private balconies facing Pap Pavla Street. A total of 26 photinia trees form a unique facade garden, providing natural shade and contributing to the visual impression of the building's street facade.

    A total of more than 1700m² on the ground floor and roof terraces is planned for green areas. Two courtyards, roof terraces, and private gardens of ground floor apartments will provide necessary space for socializing, rest, and relaxation for all residents and beneficiaries of the building.

  • Safe and entertaining for the youngest

    Play areas located in the central courtyard and the backyard of the building will be built in collaboration with a renowned EU playground equipment manufacturer and will include swings, slides, seesaws, seating areas, and creative activity spaces. In close proximity - just a few steps from the building is the "Bubica" kindergarten, while several private kindergartens are located only 300 meters away.

  • Parking serving the users

    An underground garage on two levels is planned in the basement of the building. With a total capacity of 132 car parking spaces and over 150 bicycle spaces, this area will be the ideal solution for all residents and users of the building who need a permanent and safe parking solution. Additional convenience includes the possibility of installing chargers for electric vehicles, as well as an automated entrance to the underground garage via traffic plate recognition. Storage space can also be purchased along with parking spaces on level -2.

  • Sokače and bohemian Novi Sad

    How people once enjoyed Novi Sad's taverns and restaurants is best known by those who still visit Sokače - a family restaurant with tradition and a unique ambiance, located across the street from PP 10. Other popular dining destinations are also nearby, and the city's center with a rich offer is just a few minutes' walk away.

  • Culture of memory

    We preserve the heritage and history of Novi Sad and its residents through a memorial dedicated to the former residents of Pap Pavla 10. The courtyard design includes a special place with a stone bench and yellow clinker tiles that were once at the entrance to Adolf Handler's house, built in the 1920s.
